天后聖母来源
妈祖家世生平之(一):出身
妈祖，是人们对海上女神的亲昵称呼。据宋代的文献史料记载，她是莆田湄洲一位姓林的女子。
林姓是福建望族之一。闽林始祖林禄，在晋永嘉元年（307）以黄门侍郎瑯琊王司马睿渡江镇建业(今南京市)。十年之后，司马睿于建业即帝位，是为东晋元帝，林禄以招远将散骑常侍领合浦太守。太宁三年（325），林禄奉敕守晋安（今福建省之闽中、闽西和闽南沿海地区，治所在福州），卒赠晋安郡王。林禄的十世孙林茂，于隋代迁居莆田北螺村（今西天尾紫霄山一带）。迨至十六世孙林披，又迁澄渚（今西天尾镇澄渚村）。
(林披于唐天宝十一年（752）明经出身，官终检校、太子詹事、苏州别驾，赐紫金鱼袋、上柱国，生九子，名苇、藻、著、荐、蕴、蒙、邁，皆官至州刺史（即州牧），世称“九牧林”。)
妈祖的七世祖林蕴，在“九牧”兄弟中排行第六，唐贞元四年（788）明经出身，辟为西川节度推官。元和元年（806）西川节度使刘闢谋反，派刽子手持刀胁迫林蕴随他反叛，林蕴毫无畏惧地叱骂“死即死，我颈岂顽奴砺石耶？”刘见其大义凛然，终不敢杀。川乱平后,擢为邵州刺史。卒后赐谥“忠烈”。
林蕴后裔有一支居湄洲湾沿岸，地名叫忠门，即表其“忠节”之意，现在地名仍旧。妈祖的高祖林圉，五代时仕闽。曾祖保吉，仕后周，显德元年（954）任统军兵马使，鉴于天也纷乱，弃官归隐。祖父名孚，官福建总管。
妈祖的父亲名惟愿（一说名惟悫），宋初官都巡检，母亲王氏，生一男（名洪毅）六女。妈祖是这个家庭中的最小女儿。
妈祖家世生平之(二):出生
在福建省莆田市湄洲湾口，有一个美丽的岛屿叫湄洲岛。岛上有一座巍峨雄伟、金碧辉煌的庙宇，供奉着世界闻名的“海神” 妈祖。
妈祖出生于仕宦之家，是福建晋代晋安郡王林禄的二十二世孙女。是当地的望族。她原名林默，妈祖父亲林惟悫，母亲王氏，人多行善积德。一天晚上，王氏梦见观音大士慈详地对她说：“你家行善积德，今赐你一丸，服下当得慈济之赐。”于是便怀了孕。到北宋建隆元年（960年）三月二十三日傍晚，王氏将近分娩，见一道红光，从西北射入室中，光辉夺目，香气飘荡，久久不散。又听得四隆隆作响，好似春雷轰鸣，地变紫色。王氏感到腹中震动，妈祖于是降生。因生得奇，甚为疼爱。她出生至满，一声不哭，因此，父亲给她取名“默”。
妈祖家世生平之(三):成长
妈祖有一个哥哥和五个姐姐。八岁时到一所私塾读书，老师所教文章她能很快融会贯通。十岁余，她信佛焚香念经，早晚不懈。十三岁时，有一位老道士玄通经常往来她家，对她说：“你具仙性，应得渡入正果。”于是授以“玄微秘法”。她依法修炼，均能领悟要旨。
妈祖十六岁时，与群女闲游，照妆于井中。忽见神人捧铜符一双，拥井而上，后有仙班簇拥着，把铜符授给她，女伴们都骇得跑开，妈祖则受之不疑，不一会便灵通变化。此后，她虽身在室中，却能时常神游方外，谈吉凶祸福，无不奇中。能驾云飞渡大海，拯救海难，还经常为人治病消灾，远近的人都很感激她，并称她为“神姑”、“龙女”。
妈祖16岁这年秋天九月，有一天，她的父与兄驾舟渡海北上，当时妈祖正在室中精心织布，忽然伏在织布机上闭起眼睛，脸色突变。一手抓梭，一手扶抒，两脚紧踏机轴，拼尽全力在挣扎扶持，惟恐有失。其母发觉后，十分惊恐，急忙把她叫醒。妈祖于是失手将梭掉在地上。她睁开眼睛，顿足高声哭说：“我父得救，哥哥坠海死了！”其母听罢，十分惊慌，连忙差人打听消息。不一会儿有人来报，妈祖所言果然属实。当时其父在怒涛中，仓皇失措，几次将翻船，若似有人稳住其舵，与她哥哥的船靠近，无奈其兄已是舵摧舟覆了。当时妈祖闭着眼时，脚踏着的是父亲的船，而手抓的是兄船的舵，母亲把她叫醒，梭坠地，兄船舵摧倾覆了，父亲脱险返航，而其兄则被汹涌的浪涛所吞没。兄溺水后，妈祖陪着母亲、嫂嫂和几个村民一道驾船径往茫茫大海寻找哥哥的尸体去了。当时海水汹涌，他们突然发现一群水族聚集海面，大家不由得害怕起来。妈祖说，不要怕，并告诉水族不必迎接。突然水色变清，她哥哥的尸体已浮于海面。这时大家才知道是水神护尸来了。终于把兄尸载回，湄洲岛民无不称赞她孝顺和慈善。此后凡遇妈祖诞辰，半夜即有大鱼成群，环列于湄屿之前，好像拜舞的样子，黎明始散去。
妈祖家世生平之(四):升天
湄洲之西，有一个地方叫文夹（今名文甲），为湄洲湾出入的要冲。礁石夹杂，分布其地。有一次有艘商船经过这里遭到巨风袭击，船角触礁，海水涌进船舱，情况十分危急，船中人哀号求救，妈祖知道后，非常焦急，忙对村民说：哆头商船即将沉没，应赶快前去援救。可是大家看着狂风巨浪，不敢向前。在这紧急关头，妈祖信手将脚边小草，找了几根，抛向大海。刹时间，几根小草变成大杉，排驾流向船旁，商舟有大杉相附，于是不致沉没。不一会，风平浪息，船上的人相庆大难不死，都以苍天相助，互相庆贺。待到将船靠岸，忽发现大木不知去向，经询问乡人，才知化草成杉附舟，乃是妈祖的神奇功力。这就是传说中的《化草救商》。
话说当时湄洲屿西北方有二神：一聪而善听，号顺风耳。一明而善观，号千里眼。二神经常出没作崇，村民甚受其苦，祈求妈祖惩治。神姑于是混杂在妇女当中上山采摘，经十余日，方与之相遇。二神误以为妈祖是民间女子，将近前，经妈祖将手中丝帕一拂，遂霾瘴蔽空，狂风卷地，两怪仍持斧疾视。妈祖说：敢掷下你们手中的斧么？他们竟然丢下，但再也收不起来，因而咋舌伏法。两年后，二神又出来作崇。这次是在水上出现，乘涛骑沫，沉浮滚荡。当时巫觋都治不了它们。妈祖说：“江河湖海，水德攸钟，彼乘旺相之乡，须以土木方可克之。”于是演起神咒，林木震荡，呼呼作响，沙石飞扬，二神无处躲闪，于是拜伏在地，愿归依妈祖。神姑乃将他们收之为徒，作为耳目，为拯救海难，驱恶扬善效力。
宋太宗雍熙四年（987年），妈祖时年二十八岁。在重阳节的前一天，妈祖对家中人说：“我心好清净，不愿居于凡尘世界。明天是重阳节，想去爬山登高。预先和你们告别。”大家都以为她要登高远眺，不知将成仙。第二天早上，妈祖焚了香，念了经，与诸姐说：“今天要登山远游，实现自己的心愿，但道路难走而且遥远，大家不得与我同行，”诸姐笑着安慰她说：“要游去游就是了，何须多虑呢！”妈祖于是告别诸姐，直上湄峰最高处，这时，只见湄峰顶上浓云四合，一道白气冲上天空，仿佛听见天空有丝竹管弦奏起的仙乐声，直彻云天，彩虹辉映，妈祖乘长风驾祥云，翱翔于苍天皎日间。俯视人世，若隐若现。忽然彩云布合，不可复见。湄洲人仰头望去，无不欷嘘惊叹。此后妈祖经常显灵，乡亲们时常能看到她在山岩水洞之旁，或盘坐于彩云雾霭之间，或朱衣飞翔海上。常示梦显圣，救人急难，护国佑民。于是乡里之人就在湄峰建起祠庙，虔诚敬奉，后人前来朝拜者，络绎不绝。
妈祖一生在大海中奔驰，救急扶危，在惊涛骇浪中拯救过许多渔舟商船；她立志不嫁慈悲为怀，专以行善济世为已任。
The Queen of Heaven is also known Ma Zu. Originally named Lin Muo Niang; was born in 960 AD, on the 23rd day of the 3rd month in the Song Dynasty. She was born in a village along PuTian, Fujian’s Province.
Based on the book “Gods of Ancient China”, the day she was born, the land was covered by a purple streak, perfumed scent filled every household, and a golden halo appeared above the Lin house, within which emitted a red glow. One month after her birth she had not cried. So her parents called her Lin Muo Niang (Muo is the Chinese character meaning silence).
She was very filial to her parents, intelligent and loved to help people in adversity. She was a good swimmer and had gone fishing since childhood with her elder brother. She often rowed a boat during a vicious storm to save people in distress at the risk of her life. Her heroic deeds gained attention far and wide.
Ten centuries ago on a stormy day she came to aid an overturned merchant ship. She managed to rescue only nine of the ten people on board. The one left was tossed away by a huge wave. Disregarding her own safety, she swam and managed to save the last victim, however she herself drowned due to exhaustion.
Reluctant to accept that she had died, people preferred to assume that she had become a goddess. According to the legend, somebody saw the Goddess in imperial garments soared to the Heavens. To commemorate her people of Pu Tian, her hometown, built a temple dedicated to her.
After her death, the Goddess was said to become more miraculous. On one occasion, a violent storm was raging over the seas and overturned a few fishing boats. All the fishermen fell into the sea. At that moment a streak of light was seen among the dark clouds, the Goddess was seen descending from Heaven, she then miraculously set all the overturned boats and pulled the fishermen into the boats. And then suddenly the wind subsided, the waves calmed down and the sky cleared. All the people were saved.
Emperor of various dynasties glamorized the Goddess. During a period of eight hundred years, on forty occasions they granted her titles which, when placed together, ran to sixty Chinese characters, including “State Protecting Sage”, “Protector of the State and People” and “Goddess of Heaven”.

公主今天到新加坡咯～
明天要跟吳念真导演在新加坡宣傳台弯美丽的观光,景點与小吃，所以我们今天就提前到新加坡啦！
因为班机班次的关系，忙裡偷闲的有一个空檔的时间，新加坡好热闹喔！所以我们突然決定乾脆到街上逛逛吧，哈哈！而且公主今天真的是微服出巡喔！只穿了自己的轻便服裝就上街去了，雖然还是被很多人认出來，但大家好像都被我们吓到了，一直在猜那个是不是蔡依林啊？呵呵，是啦！如果你今天有在乌節路上看到一个跟我 很像的女孩在逛街的话，真的就是公主我蔡依林喔！^^
明天下午还會跟导演在新加坡召开记者会，然后便會转往马来西亚，希望到时候还有时间可以到处逛逛啦！

总投资近5亿元人民币的功夫大片《功夫之王》将于4月24日在全球首映。该片的剧本经过10次修改，从最初翻版《西游 记》故事到现在的“经典形象大集合”，最终促成了两位功夫巨星李连杰和成龙的“世纪对决”。最终，李连杰出演了中国经典神话人物“孙悟空”，而成龙则为自 己量身打造了“醉八仙”的角色。剧本为了体现正邪两派的平衡，增加对打的柔美，将李冰冰饰演的角色由最初的“白眉道人”改为梁羽生笔下的“白发魔女”。
但据制片方透露，两位大哥曾经一度为“到底谁出演美猴王”产生过争议。最终，由于李连杰的中国传统功夫更为扎实，更加契 合人们心中的“孙悟空”形象而出演该角色。而成龙最终亲自拍板定下了一个自己十分熟悉并 擅长的人物——“醉八仙”。这两个经典人物的确为促成二位功夫巨星的合作起了决定性的作用。李冰冰饰演的“白发魔女”原型来自于梁羽生的小说，她因为受到 感情的伤害变成了满头白发，但“白发魔女”并不是完全意义上的坏人，她与“玉疆战神”的合作，只是为了拿到长生不老药。
既然起名为《功夫之王》，成龙与李连杰二人到底谁是“功夫之王”成了该片最大的卖点。面对这一难题，约翰•弗斯克巧妙地给出了答 案：李冰冰饰演的“白发魔女”是功夫之王，因为成龙与李连杰从头至尾都面临着“白发魔女”的追杀。而在片尾二人挫败“白发魔女”后，联手成为“功夫之 王”。对此，约翰解释说：“到底谁是《功夫之王》并不重要，该片的卖点在于邀请李连杰与成龙首次联手合作，更重要的是让中国功夫电影走向世界，让更多的人 理解什么才是中国的‘武魂’。”
故事大纲：
杰森大概是(Michael A. Angarano饰) 除了昆汀-塔伦蒂诺之外，世界上收藏最多功夫电影的影迷了。
一个夏日，这个十七岁的男孩骑着脚踏车，到波士顿唐人街的一家当铺寻找具有收藏价值的中国功夫片，但他总是在穿过自己家附近的巷子时遇到麻烦，因为杰 森经常被一群混混盯上，并且常受到他们的欺负。杰森精通电子游戏，对于功夫片也是如数家珍，他总是希望自己也能成为一名功夫高手，然而当铺的老板老霍却认 为，杰森根本不是这块料，他根本不知道什么是功夫。
这天，杰森偶然在当铺里面发现了一根神秘的金箍棒，竟然因此穿越 ”门之门” 到了古代的中国！他发现自己已经置身于一个惊世预言中：一个使者要将传说中的武器交还给它的主人，从而解救被困在石头中五百年的美猴王。
在古老而神秘的中国，杰森开始了充满艰险的旅途。他一路遇到许多来自武侠世界或古代传说中的人物：号称是八仙之一及醉拳大师的吟游诗人鲁彦 (成龙饰)，报仇心切的侠女金燕子(刘亦菲饰)与沉默寡言又神秘强悍的默僧(李连杰饰)等。一行四人共同前往五指山，传说中的美猴王就被邪恶的玉疆战神 (邹兆龙饰)禁锢在那里。玉帝督军派出麾下第一杀手-恶名昭著的白发魔女霓裳(李冰冰饰)，霓裳率领一众杀手多番追杀杰森等人，令杰森在苦心领会中国 功夫的同时还要面临内心的恐惧。到底杰森的这一趟旅程是因为太过着迷功夫所作的一场幻梦，还是他真真切切的穿越时空去实现古老的预言？

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX36 new*
Yeah~ yesterday at KLCC Pikom PC Fair 2008 (i), I bought a new Panasonic DMC-FX36 Digital Camera, not fully test the Camera yet, but very super duper love the design & the only iA function on that Lumix FX-36….
My 1st Photo Taken With My New Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX36
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX36 is a highly desirable slim, light and well-built compact camera with unusually wide angle coverage. Sporting 25-100mm equivalent coverage, it zooms much wider than the typical 36 or 38mm of most compacts and even squeezes-in slightly more than Panasonic’s own 28mm models, including the earlier FX33. It’s a very welcome facility.
In terms of the other new features, the HD video recording facility certainly produces footage with greater detail than the standard definition modes and it’s nice to have an optional Component video cable to view them (and slideshows) on an HDTV.
But like all video modes on still cameras, don’t expect miracles. The FX36’s HD recording may look better than its own SD modes, but it’s not a patch on a dedicated HD camcorder or even a higher-end SD model – and like most compacts, the audio is still pretty ropey. So it’s a nice feature to have, but still no replacement for a proper camcorder.

Shake Detection – Advanced MEGA O.I.S
The MEGA O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) compensates for the blurring caused by hand-shake. It is now featured on the entire LUMIX range, and is highly popular with users around the world. Even slight hand-shake movement is accurately detected by a sampling frequency of 4,000 times per second, and compensated to produce sharp, clear images. And, it can even detect and separate hand-shake from other types of camera movement to raise both the detection precision and corrective effect. It also works for macro shots, which are especially susceptible to hand-shake, and lets you shoot in dimly lit rooms or evening illumination, without a flash, to preserve the mood.
Motion Detection – Advanced Intelligent ISO Control
The Intelligent ISO Control function, made possible by the Venus Engine IV, detects subject movement and automatically adjusts the ISO setting and shutter speed to best suit the movement and light conditions. When it detects subject motion, it automatically raises the ISO setting and increases the shutter speed to prevent motion blur.
Face Detection – Face Detection AF/AE
The Face Detection function in the DMC-FX36 detects faces for up to 15 people in the frame and simultaneously and automatically optimizes the focus and exposure settings. It prevents the blurry faces that happen when the camera focuses on something in front of or behind the subject, and keeps faces from appearing dark when shooting indoors or against the light source. The DMC-FX36 does all of this automatically. Once the camera detects a face, Face Tracking follows it even when the subject moves around.
Scene Detection – Intelligent Scene Selector
When the camera’s in iA (Intelligent Auto) Mode, the Intelligent Scene Selector automatically sets the scene mode to either Scenery, Portrait, Macro, Night Portrait or Night Scenery*. The camera judges it from the various detection results such as focusing distance, inclusion of human face and brightness level of the circumstance.** You are free from annoying settings every time scene changes when taking pictures with these most frequently used scene modes to get beautiful results even before you know it.
Light Detection – Intelligent Exposure
A newly incorporated Intelligent Exposure function increases the exposure only in under-exposed areas by detecting the brightness level part-by-part in the picture. If the background includes the sky, which tends to be easily washed out, the camera automatically adjusts the aperture and shutter speed to keep the setting slightly under-exposed to prevent wash-out while brightening the darkened area by increasing the ISO only in that area. If the background of an indoor portrait receives insufficient lighting from a flash and becomes dark, the ISO sensitivity is raised in only the low-lit area to make it brighter without causing graininess in the subject’s face

直从星光班出现了刘明峰这位创作才子之后，星光2班又再次出现一位实力创作才女，魏如昀。之从在百人初选唱着 Oasis 的 Stop Crying Your Heart Out，在接着唱加分曲自創 “傻” 过后， 我就傻傻的被她吸引着。她的声音和她的创作才华，让我时时刻刻都想起她，所以从下个礼拜起，我每一集都要听到她的自创曲，我太喜欢他写的歌了，我会替她加油的。加油加油吧，Queen’s~

哇~ 公主两天的“卖命”演出，精采的落幕了…
虽然很多歌迷都戏称公主是在卖命演出，但其实公主是很开心的，因为可以站在自己喜爱的舞台上表演给大家看啊！
这次的北京演唱会，真的要谢谢很多人，专业的舞群与工作团队，也让公主准备起來非常的放心，希望以后还有机会再到北京咯～
公主还在內地，还有一些其他的通告要走，等回来后再聊咯…

昨天下午到了Sunway Piramid TGV去观看刘德华和Maggie Q主演的三国之见龙卸甲，这里跟大家分享这套戏的故事大纲。看完了过后还是有点疑问，最后那里那来的四位赵家之子，他们到底是谁呢？我只认识鄧芝。

故事大纲：
赵子龙，活于汉末三国鼎立的年代，本是寂寂无名，但因为一份使命感促使他加入了蜀军，凭着武艺超群、有勇有谋，以及对刘备忠心耿耿，除成为五虎大将军一员，更有“常胜将军”之称号。
三国之见龙卸甲叙述了赵子龙（刘德华 饰）由年轻到晚年出征凤鸣山一役的内里，在凤鸣山一役，赵带领的赵家军拚死抵抗魏之围攻；当时魏领军之将为曹操的孙女曹婴（Maggie Q 饰），他对赵锲而不舍，誓要一雪三十年前赵子龙以智谋战胜已故爷爷曹操之耻。
东汉末年，魏军强势压境，初任工兵的赵云遇上打抱不平的同乡罗平安（洪金宝 饰），两人一见如故，互诉对乱世的一片憧憬。进而效法桃园三结义，两人结拜，正所谓“兄弟齐心、其利断金”；相信乱世出英雄，英雄创时势。
而在凤鸣山一役被困间，罗安平突与赵子龙细谈前尘过去，一个是成名之将军，正要出世，修成正果；一个是世俗小人，努力入世，图个功名富贵。二人一阴一阳，相生相克，在“为何而战”一命题上引起激辩，究竟大家是为了功名？为了刘备？还是为了正义？
赵 子龙的英明神勇加上沉稳执著，让蜀国如虎添翼，不但屡屡立下战功，更曾以数十骑拒曹操大军，而有“一身是胆”的美誉。刘备在长坂坡失利，但赵子龙为免除罗 平安遗失刘备妻儿的死罪，于是他单枪匹马杀入曹营，七进七出长坂坡，救出甘夫人与阿斗，从此一战成名，这次事迹就是广为后世传颂的“单骑救孤”。
因 单骑救孤有功，赵子龙被委以重任与蜀国上将黄忠老将军一起出征定军山，此役是蜀国收取汉中奠下蜀国基业的重要一仗。不料黄忠为了争功在罗平安的鼓动下提前出 兵，却不小心中了曹操的奸计伤亡惨重，危难时刻赵子龙及时赶到救了黄忠和罗平安，并在诸葛亮的妙计下烧掉曹军粮草再立大功。赵子龙荣升为五虎大将，而此时的罗 平安心中却是百味杂陈。
时间如梭，五虎大将的关、张、马、黄都先后辞世，两鬓斑白的诸葛亮再一次策动歼灭曹魏大计，不服老的赵子龙坚持要做先锋大将。此次的劲敌是曹操的孙女曹婴，这个美得像雪一般的少女，弓马娴熟，智勇双全，带着十万大军欲生擒赵子龙以了祖父心愿。
不料罗平安却在最后一刻出卖了他最好的兄弟赵子龙，将赵子龙出征的军机卖给了曹婴；而足智多谋的诸葛亮也把赵子龙当成诱敌之傀儡，寄望曹婴和赵子龙的大战，能让他暗渡陈仓，用全军在三个时辰里攻下魏之主城六郡。
此次此刻，赵子龙命在旦夕，回忆往事如过往云烟，一幕幕征战中的腥风血雨，一阵阵军旅间的喜笑悲愁，纷纷出现在这老将军的眼前。
谈 及三国，大家都会将着墨点落于刘、关、张三兄弟或诸葛亮身上，鲜少人用另一个角度去看三国，此次借用了过去没有详谈的角色，五虎大将军赵子龙。他是三国这 个大混世时代中，少有在人格和性格上均没有出现丧志的人物，同时间亦是没有死于非命，能得“好死”的大将军。直到最后三国归一统，赵子龙在历史上仍是留名 万古的大英雄。

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to “schedule.”
Because:
Evening at 9 – 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.
Evening at 11pm – 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state. Early morning 1 – 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 3 – 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 – 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.
Morning 7 – 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am , for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.
Therefore, have a good sleep and don’t sleep late.

孩子们，愚人节快乐哦。。。今天有被玩弄吗还是骗了一些人呢？
公主又要准备出门啦～ 第一站要先去香港，參加百事巨星的记者会，这次所有的百事巨星都会到場场喔！公主也准备了一套新的百事服裝来跟大家见面。之后就要去北京准备演唱会的东西了。北京场的曲序做了一点变化，加了爱情任務的专据歌曲进去，希望大家会喜欢咯～
这次出去又要大半个月才会回家了，所以虎虎最近很爱陪妈咪去练舞，可是他也太爱睡觉了，每次都在外面等到睡著…真拿他沒辦法，呵呵~

The QingMing Festival 清明节 meaning Clear and Bright Festival, is a traditional Chinese festival on the 104th day after the winter solstice (or the 15th day from the Spring Equinox), usually occurring around April 5 of the Gregorian calendar (see Chinese calendar). Every leap year, Qing Ming is on April 4. Astronomically, it is also a solar term. In solar terms, the QingMing festival is on the 1st day of the 5th solar term, which is also named QingMing. Its name denotes a time for people to go outside and enjoy the greenery of springtime (踏青 “treading on the greenery”), and also to tend to the graves of departed ones. It is an official public holiday in Taiwan, China as well as in Hong Kong and Macau.
This is celebration to honor our past ancestors. Following folk religion, the Chinese believed that the spirits of deceased ancestors looked after the family. Sacrifices of food and spirit money could keep them happy, and the family would prosper through good harvests and more children.
Traditionally, Chinese visit their family graves to tend to any underbrush that has grown. Weeds are pulled, and dirt swept away, and the family will set out offerings of food and spirit money. Unlike the sacrifices at a family’s home altar, the offerings at the tomb usually consist of dry, bland food. One theory is that since any number of ghosts rome around a grave area, the less appealing food will be consumed by the ancestors, and not be plundered by strangers. While bland food is offered and placed by the ancestors’ tablets on QingMing Festival, some traditional Chinese still regularly provide scrumptious offerings to their ancestors at altar tables in their own homes. The food usually consists of chicken, eggs, or other dishes a deceased ancestor was fond of. After the offerings and prayings, the food is then eaten by the entire family.
Honoring ancestors begins with proper positioning of a gravesite and coffin. Those who can afford the spending would seek advise from experts in feng shui, or geomancy, to determine the quality of land by the surrounding environment.

Arsenal came back from two goals down with 10 men to beat Bolton 3-2 on a soaking wet Reebok Stadium pitch, Matthew Taylor scoring twice in the first half before goals from William Gallas, Robin van Persie (penalty) and a last-minute Jlloyd Samuel own-goal gave the Gunners three points.
After Taylor stunned the Gunners with a header to open the scoring in Bolton’s first threatening attack of the match, Abou Diaby produced a disgraceful challenge on the standing leg of Gretar Steinsson to earn a straight red card.
Two minutes before half-time Taylor completed his brace when Mathieu Flamini lost possession and Diouf set him up on the edge of the box. His first-time strike found the bottom corner via a deflection.
After the break Bolton looked likely to grab a third goal as they peppered Manuel Almunia with crosses, but the comeback was on after William Gallas arrived late to finish a corner at the back post in the 62nd minute.
It continued when Alexander Hleb was brought down in the box five minutes later, allowing Van Persie to slam home the penalty, and Bolton sought to hold on as the Gunners streamed forward in the last quarter of the game.
However in the 90th minute Hleb pulled back on the left and Cesc Fabregas attacked the ball, scoring past the stranded Ali Al Habsi via a deflection off Samuel.
